This thesis is devoted to comprehensive criminal and legal characteristics of a crime's corpus delicti according to the Art. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is also devoted to developing some proposals on improving its construction and qualification rules. Characteristics of historical development of domestic criminal legislation on criminal liability for misappropriation, embezzlement or obtaining property through jobbery and foreign legislation on criminal liability for committing such a crime.
