Izovita A. The study and prevention of crimes in the sphere of land market of Ukraine.

This thesis is devoted to the criminological research of crime in the field land market. The author substantiated methodological basis of analysis of this particular type of crime, carried system research of its indicators, set criminogenic factors that influence the development of crime in this area, identified and systematized characteristics of persons who commit crimes in the land market. The author proposed scientifically grounded directions of implementation of anticriminal government policies in the land market, developed propositions on improvement of organizational and legal measures on prevention of crime in the sphere of the land market.
