The dissertation is dedicated to the research of the exclusive rights to works of science, literature and art as civil legal protection objects in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and the main international legal acts in the field of copyright protection. The paper provides a general characteristic of copyright protection objects and copyright proprietors, describes the content and classification of exclusive author's rights, determines the specificity of each individual author's entitlements. The dissertation provides a comparative legal analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and provisions of the main international legal acts in the field of copyright; examines the legal principles and perspectives of Ukraine's participation in the functioning of the system of international copyright protection.
