Object of study: with instability syndrome and vertebrobasilar insufficiency in cervical osteochondrosis. Objective: Improve the effectiveness of a rehabilitation treatment for the patients with cervical osteochondrosis with instability syndrome and vertebrobasilar insufficiency by differential application of physiotherapy and kinesotherapy in a complex treatment and rehabilitation Methods: clinical, instrumental, psycho, social, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: Developed and introduced into clinical practice the method of complex treatment with baseline drug therapy, electrostimulation, medical massage, hydrokinesitherapy, simulator and neck exercises. Defined selection criteria and indications for the use of methods kinesotherapy, electrical and therapeutic massage.
