Paramonova O. Criminal and legal qualification of improper performance of professional duties by medical or pharmaceutical worker.

The thesis is a comprehensive monographic study of criminal and legal qualification of improper performance of professional duties by medical or pharmaceutical workers. The research is devoted to the problem of criminal liability for acts aforementioned and their social danger is defined. A detailed analysis of the objective and subjective features of the offense, punishable under the Article 140 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was made; a content of its aggravating circumstances was determined; the features of separation of such offenses from adjacent crimes were specified; reasonable proposals to improve the provisions of criminal jurisprudence and criminal law were formulated. It provides liability for improper performance of professional duties by medical or pharmaceutical worker and its use in practice.
