Kharko D. Perpetrator of the crime: criminal responsibility and legal characteristics.

The dissertation is a comprehensive research of criminal legal description and the perpetrators of the crime. It is shown the formation and development of the rules on liability perpetrator of criminal law in the monuments of Ukraine, especially the regulation of the perpetrators of the crime under the laws of some foreign countries. The analysis of the legal nature of the perpetrator, allocated and describes the types of perpetrator, and the perpetrator is separated from the other participants - organizers, instigators and accomplices. The features of liability for indirect commission of a crime, responsibility for crimes with a special subject (special performer), perpetrator responsible for excess and training actions other participants. The author definitions of "doer of the crime", "co- offense", "indirect perpetrator", "intentional fault perpetrator". A rule of criminal law qualification acts perpetrator and other accomplices - an organizer, instigator , accomplice Based on the results of the study, developed proposals to improve legislation of Ukraine on criminal responsibility.
