The dissertation provides a solution to an important scientifically-applied problem - development of environmentally safe technologies for obtainment industrial water solutions through optimization of electrochemical activation processes in the stationary diaphragm electrolyzers to provide for the rational water resources utilization and reduction of harmful substances release into the environment. The ecological advantages of electrochemical activation solutions application are presented as compared to the chemical solutions in some technologies.
