Mysula M. Clinical, metabolic and immunological features in patients with ischemic hemisphere stroke.

The dissertation work is devoted to complex research with the use of clinical, neurological, immunological and metabolic characteristics of patients in rennovative and residual periods after undergone IHS to optimize pathogenically-based therapeutic and preventive measures. We diagnosed the reduction of nitrite-anion concentration, inhibition of T-cell level of immune protection and increasing in the same time of some parameters of humoral link, the activation of proinflammatory and in the same time inhibition of antinflammatory cytokines in these patients. The peculiarities of bone tissue mineral density in patients after undergone IHS in rennovative and residual periods were studied. We also studied the dependence of these indices to the age of patients, period after a stroke, stroke severity, degree of disability and the ability of movements. We proposed the method of early bone loss diagnostic with the use of dualphotone absorptiometry and program of combined therapy according to the state of the bone with the inclusion to therapeutic complex of calcium, vitamin D and magnetotherapy.
