Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of cultivation particularities of isolated tissues and organs, callusogenesis and morphogenesis induction and clonal micropropagation of tarragon in vitro. Basing on the experimental data a complex biotechnological scheme has been developed for obtaining regenerants by direct and indirect morphogenesis and also for a clonal micropropagation of tarragon.
