Borschevska H. Protection of social rights and interests of workers-migrant in the private international law

The dissertation is an independent completed scientific work on legal means of protection of social rights and interests of workers-migrant. As a result of the study, the signs of worker-migrant, the peculiarities of his/her status based on international acts of universal and regional nature are shown, the forms and methods of protection of social rights and interests of workers-migrant are examined. The international mechanism of protection of social rights and interests of workers-migrant is investigated, and the features of protection at the international, regional and national levels are analyzed. The features of procedural and processual methods to protect social rights of workers-migrant are determined.
