The dissertation is an independent completed scientific work devoted to the study of peculiarities of legal regulation reverse the requirements of the civil law of Ukraine. According to the results of the study revealed the peculiarities of legal regulation reverse the requirements of the civil law of Ukraine. Defined the concept and essence of recourse. Considered are the peculiarities of special conditions of fulfilment of the action in the right of recourse. Investigated the content, the conditions, grounds and composition of the inverse relationship. Disclosed grounds and procedure for execution and termination of reverse obligations, especially the use of recourse in the contractual and extra-contractual obligations. Based on the analysis of scientific doctrine and effective civil legislation of Ukraine proposals on optimization of certain legal norms.
