Zaiets I. Intrusion prevention of legal professional journalistic activity in Ukraine

Thesis research outlines criminological characteristics and cases of intrusion prevention of legal professional journalistic activity. The problems of crime rates concerning journalists as members of media have been studied along with defining their legal positions. Furthermore, the state, dynamics and structure of these criminal intrusions; criminal, juridical and criminological characteristic of a person who commits an intrusion and main factor groups that determine crime commitment, envisaged by 171 clause of the Criminal Code of Ukraine have been analyzed. There have been made conclusions regarding the improvements of the crime intrusion prevention system due to increasing number of intrusions over the last years. Within the thesis research there have been submitted a set of measures aimed at performance improvement of generally social and specifically criminal intrusion prevention of legal professional journalistic activity.
