Nazarenko V. Organizational and state administration fire fire safety in Ukraine

Object of research: state administration of fire safety. Objective: is the theoretical justification and proposals for improvement and development of organizational and legal support of state administration fire safety in Ukraine. Methods: dialectical, systems analysis, comparative legal, risk-based, target-oriented, abstraction, modeling and forecasting. Results: The theoretical basis and scientific approaches to improving organizational and legal support of state administration of fire safety in Ukraine. Novelty: reasonably comprehensive description of the components of organizational and legal mechanism for state management of fire safety; improved process fire safety through the introduction of program - based method; obtained the further development of the definition of "fire safety" and "organizational and legal mechanism of government" and others. Introduced in the activities of the Department prevention of disasters and state supervision (control) staff of the State Service of Ukraine of Emergencies and the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine of Emergencies in Kharkiv region.
