Pomaza-Ponomarenko A. Mechanisms of state regulation of land lease relations in Ukraine

Object of research: state regulation of land relations. Objective: the theoretical study and develop practical recommendations for improving state regulation of land lease relations in Ukraine. Methods: synthesis, deduction, formal-logical, systematic and structural-functional analysis, and empirical methods of gathering and processing information. Results: the theoretical basis and scientific approaches to improve state regulation of land lease relations in Ukraine. Novelty: reasonably complex structure of state regulation of land lease relations in Ukraine; improved process, systemic and situational approaches to the regulation of the system of land lease relations; obtained the further development of the definition of land lease relations as an object of state regulation and etc. Introduced in activity Kharkiv District Governor of Kharkiv region and the Department of Economics and International Relations of Kharkiv Regional State Administration and others. Industries: state administration, local self-government.
