Essay

The object of the research is a system of innovative development of institutions of higher education. The aim of the thesis is a synthesis of theoretical positions and the development of scientific and methodological approaches and tools for the development of conflict management mechanism in the system of innovative development of institutions of higher education. Research methods are general methods of induction and deduction, an abstract and logical method, a method of comparative analysis and classification, systems approach, a method of associations, statistical, situational approaches, methods of analysis and synthesis. The practical significance of the results lies in the development of the areas to minimize the contradictions of implementing educational innovations in the system of innovative development of institutions of higher education and methodical approach to the implementation of empathy as an effective regulatory tool balancing interpersonal conflicts. Scientific novelty of the results is further development of theoretical, scientific and methodological provisions for the development of mechanisms of conflict management in the system of innovative development of institutions of higher education on the basis of study characteristics and trends in the educational system in Ukraine and interactions of government with universities. For the first time methodical provisions for the implementation of empathy are proposed. The points that are improved: conflict management mechanism in the system of interaction of government and educational institutions in the process of educational innovation; conceptual positions of the conflict management mechanism formation in the system of interaction of government and educational institutions in the process of educational innovation. The points that are further developed: categorical and conceptual apparatus of theoretical basis research of conflict management mechanisms in the system of interaction of government and educational institutions; the nature of educational innovation; the factors of conflicts in the process of educational innovation; scientific understanding of the conflict preconditions; rationale for the use of the monitoring system of innovative development of institutions of higher education.
