The thesis is focused on the widely used methods of noninvasive diagnostics: ultrasound in B and D mode, as well as diagnostic value of serologic tumor markers VEGF СА125, НЕ4 and ROMA algorithm, for improvement of differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian lesions pior to surgery. Application of ultrasound in color and pulsatile Doppler regimens needs precise evaluation of the type of blood flow in tumor masses, resistivity and pulsatility indexes. On the basis of the obtained results of US evaluation according to IOTA protocol, the values of tumor markers СА125,НЕ4 and index ROMA we worked out a scoring system for preoperative differential diagnostic of benign and malignant ovarian tumors which is characterized by high sensitivity (96,7%) and specificity (96,3%) as well as total accuracy of the model 96,43%. This allows to include the scoring system to the аlgorithm for the diagnosis and differential approach to the choice of access to surgical treatment of patients with the ovarian masses and thus improve the effectiveness of treatment this pathology.
