Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the development of scientific basis of advanced technologies in water purification research-based process patterns of microorganisms destruction under cavitation conditions. Has been established an intensification effect under the simultaneous action of gases of different nature and cavitation on the destruction of Diplococcus, Bacillus, Sarcina, Pseudomonas bacteria types and Saccharomyces yeast, which is independent of the morphological cells features, and have been established the relative rows of their effective extinction. As a result, short-term cavitation exposure (60s) was achieved complete destruction of fouling (Oscillatoria brevis) in lake water. The observed synergistic effect of the microorganisms dectruction in the presence of gases under cavitation conditions determines the feasibility of their industrial applications in the water treatment processes.
