Essay

The dissertation represents complex theoretical and legal research being conducted, for the first time, in domestic jurisprudence, and is devoted to legal regulation of political relations, and to the formation of political law as a complex branch of Ukrainian law. On the basis of all-round analysis of a correlation between law and policy, there has been an examination of theoretical and legal parameters of the formation of Ukrainian political law. Its place in the system of Ukrainian law has been also defined. The subject has been identified as the legal regulation of relations, having political character in itself, and which act as political relations.
