Essay

The thesis provides comprehensive analyses of value characteristics of law as the formative factor of the legal culture. The author suggests a classification of the mentioned characteristics with its further diversification onto basic and instrumental levels. It was grounded the axiology nature of law as the basis for legal culture formation. The author examined the influence of value characteristics of law onto dynamic of Ukrainian legal culture evolution under conditions of global changes. The author gave reasons for defining the value characteristics of law as a mean of Ukrainian legal culture democratization.
