A research object are processes of increase of competitiveness of tourist enterprises. The article of research are the theoretical and scientifically-methodical going near development, estimation of level and realization of competitiveness of tourist enterprises. The aim of dissertation work are a ground of theoretical and methodical principles and development of practical directions of increase of competitiveness of tourist enterprises.Researches were executed on the basis of the use: terminological analysis, analysis of the systems and logical generalization, method of pair comparisons on the basis of multidimensional, method of dynamic rows, index method and matrix coordinates, abstractly-logical analysis. Systematization of external and internal factors of influence is offered on the competitiveness of tourist enterprises that, in a difference from generally accepted, take into account the stage of life cycle and degree of development of enterprise. The scientifically-methodical going is worked out near the estimation of achievement of aims of activity of tourist enterprise on the basis of construction of profile and having a special purpose reference-points, that allow to educe advantages and defects with the purpose of timely adjustment of the actions sent to the increase of competitiveness of tourist enterprises. The constituents of competition potential of tourist enterprise are improved, that, in a difference from generally accepted allows to distinguish: marketing, informative, administrative, innovative and enterprise, that allows more objectively to estimate the terms of his realization. Got further development scientifically-methodical going near development of the consumer-oriented activity of tourist enterprise, that differs from existing that is conducted psychological authentication of client, on the basis of that the package of the tourist services, aimed at satisfaction of requirement in development, self-expression, independent actualization of tourists of every having a special purpose segment, is individualized. The scientific results of research drawn on in activity of tourist enterprises, namely LLC "SAM", TE "GERDA", LLC "Komfort tur", LLC "Crimean vacations".
