Matushko A. Evaluation of effectiveness of investment into competent training of enterprise personnel

The aim of the thesis is the development of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of evaluating the effectiveness of investments in competency training food industry enterprise and recommendations for their use. The object of research is the process of evaluating the effectiveness of investments in competency training personnel.The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological aspects of evaluating the effectiveness of investments in competency training food industry. During the study, the following research methods: a theoretical synthesis; system analysis; synthesis; clustering and classification; graphics; regression and analysis of variance; method of peer review; methods of fuzzy sets. A structural and logical model transformation results in the training of business profits, taking into account the impact of training focused on the effect of certain internal factors, that transforms company's needs in training staff in the expected financial - economic results. Improved scientific and methodical approach to the definition of investment in communications training and financial operating results, the food industry. Improved parameter estimation of efficiency of investments in competency training company that combines determine the economic and social impact in order to create a single system of formation training results. Got the further development of scientific and methodical approach to predictive evaluation of the effectiveness of investments in competency training in the planning phase of operations of the company. Results of the study were implemented in practice PJSC "Koblevo", Ltd. " Ukrainian Sugar Company", APK "Limanskiy", Ltd. "Lakomka".
