Kolpovska A. Development of Corporate Social Responsibility in the municipal governance

The goal of this research is the scientific discourse provisions on concept of the social responsibility in municipal governance in Ukraine. The object of study is social relations, which are the result of interaction local self-governments, local communities and businesses. The subject of research is the development of corporate social responsibility in the municipal governance. The paper carried out scientific substantiation provisions defining the requirements for the further development of the concept of social responsibility in municipal governance in the context of areas' sustainable development and proposed conceptual model of the social responsibility institutionalization in local self-government. A set of provisions for the components of implementation mechanism of standardized CSR-practices in the municipal government is developed, which is implemented by the local self-government by institutionalizing the necessary changes in the forms, methods, procedures, activities on the basis of an social responsibility internal standard. An approach to the evaluation of the maturity of the local self-government authority in the area of social responsibility is considered.
