Bagriy M. Ecological and economic picularities of tourist and recreational areas usage

The thesis is dedicated to develop theoretical and methodological foundations and scientific approaches to improve usage of tourist and recreational areas land resources, insrease efficiency of economic and natural resources formation, regulate the impact of various factors on formation of ecological-economic status areas and prospects for their development. There was analyzed the current situation and assessed the efficiency of land use in terms of tourism and recreational areas, identified the major problem of using ecological and economic management of tourism sector and state and regional regulation of tourist attractiveness. Studied cluster system of tourist and recreational areas, analyzed its components and features, highlighted problems of its formation and the ways to solve it. Proposed variants of cluster formation of Transcarpathian region that would ensure development of new tourism products or stimulate improvement of existing ones. Proved that the cluster approach can enhance economic efficiency and competitiveness of the region through infrastructure development, developing new tourism products to ensure a level greening area renewing natural potential and securing stable market positions.
