Essay

There are identified theoretical, methodological and practical issues to ensure ecological and economic land use and land ownerships formation in agricultural in the dissertation. Solved the essence of land relations and ecological and economic conditions of land resources. Analyzed the present state, identified of ecological and economic efficiency of formation of land ownership and land use in Ukraine, and studied region. Methodical approaches to the development of strategies for effective and of rational land use and land ownerships formation based on integrating optimization models at the micro and mesolevel of functioning farms lessor formation mechanismsand consideration of economic and environmental conditions of the land law are proposed.
