Dubchak N. Law Clinics in the system of defence of rights and freedoms of human and citizen

The thesis is devoted to a complex theoretical and legal research of place and legal nature of legal clinics in the system of defence of rights and freedoms of human and citizen. Considerable attention is spared the study of genesis, principles of activity, place and role of legal clinics in the system of defence of rights and freedoms of man and citizen. The special attention is spared finding out of basic categories of persons which apply for a grant a legal aid, and legal services which get these persons in legal clinics. Foreign experience of organization of activity of legal clinics is analysed after the giving of free legal aid of scanty means citizens. Brought in suggestion in relation to the improvement of separate norms of current legislation in relation to fixing of legal clinics in the existent system of subjects of grant a free legal aid. The mechanism of improvement of activity of legal clinics is developed after the giving of legal aid, which consists of four constituents: normatively legal, organizational, skilled, aksiological.
