Ivanischeva I. Differentiated therapy for patients who suffer from athlete's foot considering peculiarities of the clinical course and local immunity condition

Our thesis work is devoted to the enhancement of efficiency of treatment ofathlete's foot by means of the differential therapy on the basis of determination of the local immunity condition and peculiarities of the clinical course. It is known that athlete's foot reduces local immunity in a form of IgA - fractions content imbalance, increased cytokines levels and development of immune - regulatory changes. It was established that the extent of local immunity disorders depends on the clinical course of infection and is the most expressive in cases ofathlete's foot with allergids. It's defined that the interrelation of general and local humoral immunity conditions is of labile nature, varying from r = - 0,32 (correlation of content of s IgA in skin extracts and of IgA in blood serum) to r = + 0,87 (correlation of levels of mean molecular CIC in skin extracts and in blood serum), which supports a certain autonomy of these elements functions. It is shown that inclusion of Ribomunil and Teobon - ditiomycocide into the therapy of athlete's foot allows considerable improvement of an effectiveness of these patient's treatment due to clinical immunological preparations.
