Komarova E. Social Transfers as the Factor of Life Support of Elderly People (case of Dnipropetrovsk region).

The important scientific problem is placed in this dissertation research, which consists of the contradictory in the scientific knowledge, concerning to the essence, to the peculiarities of the distribution and giving an opportunity of the social transfers for the senior people in modern Ukraine for the maintance of their vital activity. The semantic definition of social transfers in the context of the social and economical theories is given. It was well founded, that social transfers as an indirect result of social-economical level in the state development, which are closely connected with the social sphere of life. It was more precisely defined the social essence of the social transfers. Improved the explanation of their functional intendance. Defined periods of aging men and women in modern Ukraine, and found their characteristic features. The structural analysis of social transfers for the senior people is realized in accordance with their needs. It was explained the interaction character and disadvantages of the local authorities and the senior citizens. It was worked out the improvement project in the process of giving an opportunity and the distribution of senior citizens' social transfers.
