Lebedev D. Establishment of the Ministries of National Health and Care of the Ukrainian State, the Directory of the Ukrainian People's Republic and Their Activities (April 1918 - August 1921)

The dissertation shows the condition of research development of health care system in Ukraine till April 1918. The organizational and structural bases of functioning of the MNHandC of the Ukrainian state in April-December 1918 are considered. Attention is focused on the problems of the government implementation of the relevant norm-creating developments in the practice of public healthcare. The analysis of political and legal activities of the MNHandC under the Directory of the UPR (December 1918 - August 1921) is provided. Political and legal functioning consequences of the MNHandC of the Ukrainian state, the Directory of the UPR are highlighted for the purpose to use historical experience in the reform of the modern healthcare system in Ukraine.
