Essay

The thesis focuses on the interdisciplinary connection between law and literature through works of M. Bulgakov. Author proposes to consider the fiction as a tool of legal culture comprehension. The connection between law and literature as important research movement was examined. Unity and difference of legal language and language of literature were analyzed. The interference between legal culture and fiction was proven. Legal culture can be reflected and interpreted in literature.
