The thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of the formation, funding and evaluation of human capital of the company and the employee. The preconditions and characteristics of human capital formation engineering companies at the macro and meso-micro levels. The approach of optimizing the process of forming human capital in engineering enterprises was developed , it was implemented through its evaluation based on the aggregation of individual parameters for individual employees, elaborated on the basis of physical, professional qualifications, intellectual, social, psychological, cultural, moral and innovative components and their correlation with the reference values.
