The thesis presents the results of a comprehensive scientific research institute of maintenance obligations in the light of civil process. Investigated the historical and legal roots forming the institute maintenance obligations. The essence and the main features of the alimony obligation, the relation between the concepts "alimony" and "maintenance" voluntary procedure (notary) and enforcement (judicial) execution, the legal nature of alimony agreement, especially its conclusion and implementation, advantages and disadvantages, specific enforcement to perform alimony obligations specified time when the alimony obligation. Substantiated proposals for improving the current legislation and formulate draft amendments.
