The thesis shows the theoretical generalization of scientific and practical solution to the problem, which was to investigate the clinical and neurological, hemodynamic and structural brain changes in young and middle aged patients, who suffer cerebral ischemic stroke with abnormalities of the cerebral arteries. The pathogenetic role of anomalies of the cerebral arteries in development of cerebral ischemic stroke was represented through the revealed violations of cerebral hemodynamics and structural changes in the brain. Psychoemotional characteristics and the features of cognitive impairment in the examined were refined. A mathematical model for predicting the severity of the neurological deficit of cerebral ischemic stroke with anomalies of the cerebral arteries was developed and identified 11 main signs of his prediction. Appropriateness of the medical treatment for patients, who suffer cerebral ischemic stroke with abnormalities of the cerebral arteries, was substantiated.
