Vantyukh N. Clinical and pathogenetic substantiation of complex rehabilitation treatment of patients with psoriatic disease and lesion of the digestive system on the ambulatory stage

The thesis deals with increasing the efficacy of rehabilitation treatment of psoriasis in its stationary stage associated with the digestive organs disturbances on the ambulatory stage by supplementing local factors (peloid-balneo-phototherapy and haloaerosoltherapy) with siliceous bicarbonate mineral water intake enriched with sulfates or additional use of a recombinant probiotic. The efficiency of peloid-balneo-phototherapy and haloaerosoltherapy in the treatment of patients with psoriasis without lesions of the digestive system was proved. The purposefulness of additional drinking use of mineral water or probiotic in psoriasis patients with lesions of the digestive system was testified. It was proved that higher effect of the tested medical complexes in patients with comorbidity and prolongation of the remission is reached due to indirect immune modulative influence of the rehabilitation treatment with mineral water and probiotic. The algorithm of differentiated use of the tested medical complexes depending on the presence of digestive pathology, immune disorders and extent of skin lesions at patients with psoriasis was developed for the family doctor practice.
