The thesis is dedicated to questions of the development device and technologies for preparation bore liquids. The called on basic researches have allowed to motivate the parameters and develop the design of cavitational dispergator. It is installed that main criterion defining intensity of the work of cavitational dispergator, is a factor of blocking flow. Controlling him by means of moving the cone of current in diffuser possible to obtain change of velocities by current flow of liquids of the cone. The offered equation for determination of time dispergation determined volume dispergation phases at preparation bore liquids. The results of the basic researches have found the acknowledgement in the course of practical studies and were a base for making the methods on using cavitational dispergator at preparation bore liquids and designs cavitational dispergator successfully practiced in working conditions.
