The thesis is dedicated to the importance of improving the quality of diagnosis of chronic generalized low-intensity inflammation reaction, the functional state of the endothelium and the role of oxidative stress, dyslipidemia, insulin resistance in the progression of chronic pancreatitis in comorbidity with coronary artery disease with CHF and the effectiveness of treatment and improve the quality of life in patients with CP with CHD and CHF-based study chronic persistent markers of systemic inflammation and endothelial functional state. Established that CHF II c, II-III FC impairs the course and quality of life for disease comorbidity due to persistence of violations of cytokine level with prevalence of proinflammatory cytokines. It is closely related to lipid peroxidation, protein, CRP, endothelial dysfunction, dyslipidemia and insulin resistance, which increases the risk of cardiovascular events and needs constant drug flow control both diseases. Expediency inclusion to complex therapy of patients with CP and coronary artery disease such drug as L-arginine in the form of L-arginine hydrochloride and L-arginine aspartat and new formulation milk thistle - 90 mg of silymarin (for silibinin) in order to activate the antioxidant protection system, allowing a positive impact on the clinical course of disease comorbidity and patients life quality.
