The dissertation is an independent completed scientific work dedicated to a study of legal succession upon the reorganization of legal entities. It refines the concept and content of the succession formulated the doctrinal definitions of the succession in civil law and studied the history of formation and development of Ukrainian legislation on succession upon the reorganization of legal entities. The notion, methods and stages of reorganization of legal entities as the legal Foundation of succession, as well as the essence and identify elements of the mechanism of implementation of the universal legal succession upon the reorganization of legal entities.
