Essay

This dissertation presents the survey of peculiarities of privileges realization of means of goods and services individualization. In this work epistemological principles of foundation of legal category of "means of goods and services individualization" are studied, the notion, basic characteristics and functions of means of goods and services individualization are defined. The system of means of individualization is represented in the schedule of two-level circuit which includes copied markings of goods and services and legal means of goods and services individualization.
