This thesis examines the civil law aspects of the corporate rights abuse. The author tried to implicate the gnoseological basics of corporate rights abuse concept formation and to give definition and to show legal nature of corporate rights abuse, forms and types of corporate rights abuse. Corporate rights abuse is considered as bad faith execution of corporate rights by member (shareholder) of business association.
