Galchenko M. Transformation of values of childhood in the contemporary culture of Ukraine

The thesis provides a comprehensive analysis of the transformation of values of childhood in contemporary culture of Ukraine. Specificity of the use of ideological and methodological foundations of socio-cultural knowledge of such anthropological phenomenon as childhood and its values is analized. It is shown how values and anthropological context of childhood evolved and changed. The values that are laid in childhood become further guidelines and main principles of an adult. It reveals the process of forming the basic values of childhood that effect the identity formation. It reveals the impact of education and upbringing on the development of children's personality. The impact of the information, that the child receives, on the formation of spirituality is revealed.
