Zavhorodko L. Cultural and anthropological dimension of the philosophy of geography.

The object is geography in the cultural field; the purpose is the analysis of cultural semantics and functional capacity of anthropologically oriented philosophy of geography; the methods are anthropological interpretation; anthropological reduction; historical, genetic, interdisciplinary, contextual and comparative analysis; dialectical, phenomenological, hermeneutic; a novelty is systematic analysis of the cultural-anthropological component of a multi-paradigm philosophy of geography; the results lie in widening of theoretical limits of interaction of geography with cultural anthropology and philosophical anthropology as well as in spreading cultural contexts of philosophy of geography, its intersubjective and cross-cultural dimensions; conclusions and suggestions will be applied in practice in the development of educational models and practices strategic for the development of the Ukrainian society and pedagogy; the field is philosophical anthropology, philosophy of culture.
