Thesis is devoted to the research of subject of executive process and to the problems, which arise during realization of their rights and obligations in enforcement process. In consideration of doctrine the concept of the subject of executive process and their classification is defined. The procedural status of enforcement agents and enforcement group are exposed. The analysis of rights and obligations of claimant and debtor and persons who take part in executive process with the purpose of defense rights and interest of other person are made. Items on the agenda are the questions that connected with the regulation of the status of persons that have a beneficial effect on executive process and the grounds of engaging them in a process. The conclusion is made that every subject of executive process have to occupy his place in accordance to the functions that they made in a process and have to be provided with a complex of rights and obligations in order to defend rights and interest of the parties. Regarding to the results of research the specific proposals concerning the improvement of legislation of executive process and ways of elimination the normative conflict is made.
