Sysoeva V. Prevention of criminal offenses in regard to the established procedure for operations with scrap

The thesis research has been dedicated to criminological characteristics and prevention of criminal offenses in regard to the established procedure for operations with scrap. A study has been conducted on the issue of criminal activities on the market of scrap as well as criminal responsibility for such offenses. An analysis has been performed regarding condition, dynamics and structure of these criminal offenses, criminological characteristics of a person committing such offenses and main groups of factors determining criminal activities on the market of scrap. A package of measures has been proposed so as to improve efficiency of general social and special criminological prevention of criminal offenses in regard to the established procedure for operations with scrap.
