Essay

In the dissertation elucidated condition of an investigation of the scientific issues of consumer rights protection. Were reinterpreted the main historical stages of formation and development of the institute of consumer rights protection in Ukraine. Were formed the definitions of "institution of consumers rights protection" and "legal status of consumer". Were examined and improved the elements of structural and functional characteristics of these definitions. The content of categories of "organizational foundations the implementation of consumer protection" was characterized and also was made its classification.
