Kryvoviaz O. Law and Order: State and Non-state Forms of Enforcement

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of state and non-state forms of enforcement of law and order. According to the results of analysis of academic sources on the topic under investigation the author has distinguished three lines of research on the problem of enforcement of law and order - the investigation of law and order as a separate legal category, the exploration of methodological, organizational and legal aspects of enforcement of law and order and the studies of individual legal forms of state activity on the enforcement of law and order. The investigation of state and non-state forms has been carried out with the use of the whole range of methodological approaches since none of the separately selected methods can cover the object of cognition in its entirety and diversity.
