Object of study: management processes of internal communications on the industrial enterprises. Research objective: development and scientific study of organizational and economic principles of internal communications management on the industrial enterprises. Research methods and apparatus: analysis and synthesis; the statistical method; formalization; system and structural analysis; graphic analysis; mathematic economic model. Theoretical and practical results: the results are methodological developments, practical suggestions for organizing and improving communication processes to improve the quality of production and non-production operations and reduce losses caused by interference in the circulation of information flow. Novelty: the scientific and methodical approach to the selection of management decisions on the basis of diagnosis internal communication processes of industrial enterprises; the theoretical and methodological approach to defining communication strategies depending on the correlation between social-organizational and technical-informational components of internal communications was improved; methodical approach to creation of optimization economic and mathematical model of administrative decisions selection of within the chosen communication strategy was improved; the further development the interpretation of the concept the "internal communications" was obtained; communications classification and classification of diagnostics indicators of state the internal communication behind the chosen components of the enterprises internal communications system received further development; theoretical and methodological approaches to formation the management mechanism of enterprises internal communications in line with the elaborateness of interconnections the mechanisms elements and specification the objectives of the industrial enterprise communication activity. Level of implementation: developments and practical guidelines implemented in the activity: Ltd. Barkor-OIL, Ltd. Bilopilskyi mashynobudivnyi zavod, Ltd. Mashdetal, Ltd. Variant-hermotekhnika, Ltd.
