Essay

A theoretical basis and a new timely scientific problem solution, which involved in determining the characteristics of the formation and development of an early diagnostics strategy of mild cognitive impairments, and in creating an individual treatment scheme of patients at the stage of "pre-dement" disorders on the basis of complex psychological, neurophysiological and clinical studies in patients with the effects of TBI, have been developed in the thesis work. The majority of MCI patients - 69% were reported with amnestic variant, in 19% and 12% of cases there was dezregulyatorny and a combined type of MCI. MCI Patients have clearly identified hemodynamic and neurodynamic changes. The connection between the severity of cognitive impairment and the presence and severity of structural changes in the brain has been traced. Correlation relationships have been educed between the clinical manifestations and neurophysiological, hemodynamic and morphological changes in patients with MCI and with TBI effects, which indicates the formation of a stable pathosis. A procedure for the early diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment was developed. Given the clinical and pathogenic characteristics of a long-term TBI period of varying severity, a medicated and non-pharmacological complex of preventive and stabilizing treatment for the cognitive impairment correction in patients with TBI effects.
