Essay

Based on a comprehensive clinical-psychopathological, clinical-anamnestic, psychodiagnostic and socio-demohrafic survey of 230 patients with paranoid schizophrenia which included 120 women and 110 men set specific gender clinical and psychopathological peculiarities of paranoid schizophrenia and differences of social and family functioning and quality of life of patients, which was the basis for the scientific study of approaches to therapy and development specific gender measures of psychosocial rehabilitation of women suffering from paranoid schizophrenia. Capacity and content of the measures that are based on psyhoeducation, group, behavioral and family therapy, it is proposed to determine, depending on the degree of social exclusion specific gender operation: with mild (39,2%) - less volume, but broad in meaning psychosocial measures covering all areas of functioning and women have the highest social orientation, with a moderate degree (42,5%) - more volume, but narrower in meaning psychosocial measures that cover the affected areas of functioning and have a specific focus on the recovery of lost skills and maintaining the highest possible level of independent existence, with severe grade (18,3%) - the most extensive in volume, but narrow content, psychosocial measures aimed at maximizing recovery of existing defects functioning, including self-service skills.
