Essay

The object of research: processes formation of pulp and granulation of fertilizers in drum granulator-dryer. Objective: improving the efficiency of processes and equipment in the production of mineral NPS fertilisers by improving the hardware and technological schemes. Methods: based on the provisions of the theories of heat and mass transfer, hydrodynamics and classical mechanics; sieve analysis; values, photocoloration, titrimetric, photometric methods. Experimental studies conducted on industrial plant for production of mineral fertilizers JSC "Sumykhimprom". The experimental data were carried out using computer equipment and methods of mathematical statistics. In the simulation process formation of granuls used the theory of fuzzy sets and the program calculations in Microsoft Excel. Practical value: the development of guidelines for the management of the technological process formation of granuls; development of methods of calculation of the values of technological parameters;simplified technological scheme; no external retur . The process of producing fertilizer NPS 10:40:5 without the use of external retur underwent pilot testing at JSC "Sumykhimprom" and protected by two patents of Ukraine for utility model. The research results are transferred to SSCI MINDIP for use in the design of production of mineral fertilizers. The materials used in the educational process of the Department of AHTS and EM NTU "KHPI" Scientific novelty : the dependence of the effect sizes of crystals of gypsum and humidity pulp stage formation of pulp on fractional composition of fertilizers; the dependence of the influence of drying temperature, the diameter of the droplets of the spray slurry, the magnitude of the dilution stage granulation of fertilizers on fractional composition; received further development of the mathematical model of the process formation of granuls using the theory fuzzy sets; proven ability to produce fertilizer without the use of external retur. the degree of implementation : implemented in production, the scope of chemical industry
