Antonyan M. The Clinical-pathogenetic approaches to treatment and prophilacy of pregnancy complications after IVF.

The study is dedicated to treatment efficient improvement in patients with the complications of the pregnancy after IVF by revealing of clinical-pathogenical peculiarities and optimization of complex therapy of this pathology using medical ozone and imunocorrector. Basing on clinico-immunological investigations in 120 women complex pathogenetic mechanisms of pregnancy to pathologic process by evaluation of hormonal balance, hemodynamic and immunological changes, endothelial disfunction were studied. Efficiency of new therapeutic scheme of complex treatment of pregnancy complications after IVF was scientifically grounded. Its influence on common immunological reactions and endothelial processes was defined and new approaches to patients with pregnancy complications management optimization were developed. The new therapeutic scheme of complex treatment of pregnancy complications after IVF using direct immunological correction (azoxymer's bromid) together with ozone therapy were developed. Comparational analysis of clinical efficiency of this scheme against traditional treatment methods was performed and advantages of their use in patients with complications were proved.
