Bezverkha L. Improvement of biotechnological method effects on the reproductive system of sows for the actions of metabolically-neurotropic drug

Thesis for a Candidate's degree in agricultural Science, in specialty 03.00.20 - Biotechnology. - The National University of Bio resources and Nature Management of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2014. The thesis presents the results of the investigation into the possibility of sows' reproductive ability improvement by using the bioactive preparation of metabolic and neurotropic action.of "Glutam 1M" and "Stymulin-Vet". Found that the use of sows biologically activ preparations of metabolic-neurotropic action "Glutam 1M" and "Stymulin-Vet" at 1-3 days of sexual cycle at a dose of 20.0 ml promotes plausible increase their fertility by 11.4 % and 10.9 %, polycarpousness by 12.6 % and 10.2 %, largecarpousness newborn pigs by 5.4 % and 3.5 %, the number of pigs 1 kg or more in 13.2 % and 9.8 % and reduced stillborn pigs by 25.0 %. Set possibility of adjusting biologically by the active matters of exchange processes in the sexual system of sows which would be instrumental in engraftment and development of embryos of certain floor. It is well-proven that efficiency of preparations neyrotropno-metabolic depends an action on a famili of origin sow and hog sperm, which it insemsnatio. It is set that stimulation of reproductive ability of sows with the use of preparations of "Glyutam of 1M" and "Stimulin-Vet" allows to promote profitability of production on 17,3 % and 13,2 %.
